Win Tickets to Nordic Premiere Screenings

For residents of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, HBO Nordic is offering the opportunity to win tickets to their premiere screenings of episode 1 of season 7. Make sure to read the details for each country carefully and keep in mind that you can only enter the competition for the country you are a resident of.

To enter on Twitter, simply follow us at @westerosorg and reply to our announcement post saying which premiere you’d like to attend. To enter on Facebook, like the Westeros page and reply to the competition announcement post there saying which premiere you’d like to attend. You can enter once on Twitter and once on Facebook; additional entry attempts will disqualify you.

The competition ends on the 10th of July at 12PM CET. Once we’ve drawn winners, we’ll get in touch if you’re chosen as a winner, so keep an eye on your messages in Facebook or replies or DMs on Twitter. Each winner will be able to bring a friend along with them.

Game of Thrones at Comic-Con

As has become annual tradition, HBO’s Game of Thrones will be appearing with a splash and a bevy of stars at San Diego’s Comic-Con International, taking the giant Hall H for a panel with many of the shows presently-surviving cast members. Here’s the full details straight from HBO:

The Game of Thrones panel in Hall H at 1:30 p.m. will be moderated by a special guest from Westeros. Panelists include cast members (in alphabetical order) Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy), Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm), John Bradley (Samwell Tarly), Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos Seaworth), Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei), Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark), Conleth Hill (Varys) and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark). Autograph signing is at 3:30 p.m.

Season 7 Finale Longest Episode Ever

Over at EW, James Hibberd spoke with the executive producers of Game of Thrones, who provided more details on the overall length of the season’s 7 episodes. The big news is that the final episode will be nearly 90 minutes long, with online leaks claiming an as-yet-unconfirmed 81 minute running length. The key quotes can be found below:
